Currently CJSC "Moldavizolit" developed of new manufacturing foloving materials:

1. Plenkoelectrokarton type PEK according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.022-2006. This laminate composed of layer high density kraft paper and one or two layers polyester film bonded by adhesive.
Thickness 0,17-0,45 mm, roll width 1000 mm.
Analogs: Krempel group -Trivolton HP
Vonroll - Myoflex CP, PCP

2. Isoflex 191 according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.026-2006. Is a material composed of inner layer glass fabric impregnated with modified epoxy resin and two outer layers polyester films bonded by adhesive. Thermal class F (155 oC).
Thickness 0,13-0,50 mm.
Sheet size: length 1200 mm width 850-950 mm or roll width 850-950 mm.
Analogs: Vonroll-Myoflex PGP

3. Imidoflex 292 according to TU.MD.29.18.0213064.026-2006. Is a material composed of inner layer glass fabric impregnated with epoxy resin and two outer layers polyimide films bonded high heatresistance adhesive. Thermal class H (180 oC).
Thickness 0,13-0,50 mm.
Sheet size: Length 1200 mm width 850-950 mm.
Analogs: Krempel group √Trivoltherm KGK

4. Plenkosintokarton (Sintoflex) 51, 515, 61, 616 according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.033-2009. Is a group materials composed of one or several layers polyester non woven (felt) and one or several layers polyester films bonded by adhesive. Thermal class F (155 oC)
Thickness 0,12-0,47 mm. Roll width 850-1000 mm.

5. Lavitherm I or II according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.034-2009. Is a material composed of layer polyester film and one or two layers polyimide films bonded by high heat resistance adhesive .Thermal class F (155 oC) or H (180 oC).

6. Copper clad laminate on base polyester film according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.038-2010. Is a laminate composed of low-strincage polyester film and one or two electro-deposited copper foil bonded by adhesive.
Thickness copper foil 35-105 mkm, thickness polyester film 50-200 mkm.
No analogs.

7. Copper clad laminate on polyimide film backing for flexible printed circuits, according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.039-2010. Is a laminate composed of low-strincage polyimide film and one or two electro-deposited copper foils bonded by adhesive. This laminate characterized high resistance to heat and solder-bath.
Thickness copper foil 35-50 mkm
Thickness polyimide film 40; 50; 75; 100 mkm.
Thickness adhesive 15-25 mkm.
Sheet size length 1200 mm width 850; 950 mm.

8. Cellulose paper impregnated with phenolic resin (type BP-F) or epoxyphenolic resin (type BP-EF) according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.029-2007. This cellulose paper purpose for produce paper-based laminate, laminate on base wood veneer for manufacturing transformers.
Main properties: Absorbex paper weight 60; 80; 155; 215 g/sq. m.
Sheet size: Length NMT 3000 mm, width NMT 2500 mm.
Other properties (resin content, volatile content, resin flow) for agreement with customer.

9. Cellulosic paper high density one-sided impregnated with phenolic resin. This paper purpose for produce rolled tubes type PF CP 21; 22; 23 according to IEC 60893-3-1.

10. Cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin . This cloth purpose for manufacturing textolite type PF CC 201; 202; 203 according to IEC60893-3-4.
Main properties: Sheet size length NMT 3000 mm, width NMT 2500 mm.
Other properties (resin content, volatile content, resin flow) for agreement with customer.

11. Cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin with a filler graphite and molybdenum. This cloth purpose for manufacturing sheet textolite and detail textolite for antifriction destination.
Main properties: Sheet size length NMT 3000 mm width 2500 mm.
Other properties (resin content, volatile content, resin flow, filler content) for agreement customer.

12. Glass cloth impregnated (prepregs) various resins, according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.031-2008 following:
-Type MI FR-4 similar type EP GC 202 to IEC60893-3-2, FR-4 to NEMA LI 1
-Type MI G-10 similar type EP GC 201 to IEC60893-3-2, G-10 to NEMA LI 1
-Type MI G-11 similar type EP GC 201 to IEC60893-3-2, G-11 to NEMA LI 1
Properties: This cloth produce in rolls of a width 1070 mm. or 1270 mm,of a weight 30-40 kg or cut to sheets length NMT 2500 mm. Other sheet size for agreement with customer.

13. Round laminate rolled tubes, types PF CP; PF CC; EP CC; EP GC according to IEC 61212-3-1
Properties: Rolled tubes on base cellulosic paper
-inner diameter 12-500 mm
-thickness tube wall 1,5-20,0 mm
-length NMT 1050 mm
Rolled tubes on base glass cloth
-inner diameter 12-450 mm
-outer diameter 15-500 mm
-length NMT 1200 mm
Other properties for agreement with customer.

14. Polyester paper-based laminate electrotechnical type LG according to
TU.MD.29.18.00213064.040-2010. Is a laminate on base polyester paper impregnated epoxyphenolic resin.
Sheets size 940?2440 mm, thickness 0,5-50 mm.

15. Elektrical laminate Tistone UP GM 201; 202; 203; 204; 205 according to TU.MD.29.18.00213064.035-2009. This material composed of glassmat and unsaturated polyester resin.
Analog: rigid laminated sheets based on polyester resins. Typ UP GM 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 according to IEC 60893-3-5.
